This large, shiny cream jug has the portraits of the Royal couple in relief on the main face. The opposite face shows the sepia EIIR monogram with flags and the sentiment 'Long May She Reign' above. The top rim of the jug has the commemoration 'Queen Elizabeth II Coronation June 2nd 1953' again printed in sepia with a metallic gold band around the top edge. The base has a blue, orange and gold band. The handle also has the same banding. The mark to the top of the Queen's head is not present on the actual jug but is a mark when photographing. The item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
