This pale yellow, square dish with slightly scalloped edges was produced to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VIII in 1937 but which of course did not happen. The centre design has a portrait of the King  surrounded by flags with the commemoration printed above and below. The item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing .
